I see multiple notes here regarding follow-up. Customer: "Multiple notes" but no actual call. I need to know why I haven’t been contacted. CS Rep: I understand completely. Let me immediately escalate this to a supervisor and ensure you get a resolution today. What was the original issue we were supposed to call you about? Customer: It's about my order status; it's completely stalled. I need an update and a concrete delivery date. CS Rep: I will personally ensure a supervisor reviews your case and contacts you within the hour with a direct update and an action plan.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of being ignored by customer service.
