I ordered, and their site said “eligible for next day delivery.” I paid for the $19.95 next-day delivery fee, but hours later, I received an email stating that “my order is in process and will take 3 business days.” Where is next day? It was clearly not meeting the requirements, which felt like a direct rip-off. I felt compelled to leave a review and engage with customer service because their site plainly stated 'eligible for next day delivery,' and after paying for that service, not getting it is simply unacceptable.
