I spent $372 on scratched glasses, and what followed was a complete nightmare trying to get the issue resolved. This company showcases ineptitude at its finest; after FINALLY TALKING TO A HUMAN, they sent the WRONG INFORMATION for the return! I've been trying for two days just to TALK TO A HUMAN, with no luck previously, and I never received the return label I needed. Their "bot" just keeps resending it to an email I never received! This is precisely why I felt compelled to leave a review and desperately engage with customer service.
Customer: I need help with an order. I spent $372 on scratched glasses, and I still haven't received the return label you were supposed to send. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the issue with your scratched glasses and the trouble you've had receiving the return label. That's definitely not the experience we want for our customers. Customer: "Not the experience you want?" I've been trying for two days to talk to a human! And now that I finally did, you sent the wrong return information. The bot just keeps sending labels to an email I never received! CS Rep: I understand your frustration. My deepest apologies for the incorrect information and the difficulty in reaching us. Let me verify your email address and personally ensure the correct return label is sent to you right now. Customer: Just make sure it's the right information this time, and that I actually receive it. This has been an absolute mess.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap and experiencing this kind of incompetence.
